- Hacker - he has outstanding technical skills
- All-arounder - person with a good balance of all of the skills needed to implement and manage technology within the startup (company)
- Advocate - he leverage’s technology to create a competitive advantage for the company through its relationship with customers
- Administrator - guardian or watchdog over the organization’s selection
- Executive - identify important technical trends in the future and how these will impact the company
