Required:

 Windows Troubleshooting

Network Troubleshooting

Applied Knowledge of Networking, Routers, Switches, Hubs: Required

 Applied Knowledge of TCP/IP

Knowledge of UNIX: Required

 Strong administration experience of various flavors of Linux

 Knowledge of SQL: Required: Basic knowledge

Customer Support

Applied Knowledge of Firewalls and VPNs

 Strong knowledge of network hardware and software configurations

 Software programming skills C/C++/Perl and other scripting languages

 Ability to troubleshoot JAVA-based applications

 Bilingual in written and spoken English is required

 

Experience with the following would be beneficial:

 Database installation and support experience (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL or MSSQL)

 Experience with regular expressions through pearl or java

 Network experience configuring and analyzing netflow, sflow and or Jflow. This may also include packet capture and analysis
