PHP Developer (Lead)

Our client is looking for talented PHP developers to join its existing engineering team. You will work in a fast paced and collaborative environment on new sites as well as develop enhancements of existing high volume and feature rich web sites.

Responsibilities:

 Collaborate and interface with Marketing Leads and/or Product Owners to help understand and size User Stories.

 Design, architect, and development of Joomla/PHP web sites (actual coding).

 Ensure proper tracking of tasks and ensuring Sprint Story commitments.

 Work with Creative Department to get desired UI updates deployed on live site.

 Oversee software developers and work with Tech Lead/Mgr to ensure that all development efforts are done according to standards, and that the solutions are robust and extensible.

 Respond to any critical defects or Production issues.

 Train new developers.

 Collaborate on infrastructure.

Working areas:

 Act as lead developer providing assistance to junior developers. New Joomla Sites (TBD): Lead Developer.

 Management of budgets, control of inventory, pricing responsibilities, etc.: Technology Tool recommendations, training recommendations, architecture/infrastructure recommendations.

 Internal All Online Marketing: Work with marketing teams to ensure their needs are met. Work with other internal development teams to ensure that solutions are robust and work within existing frameworks. External numerous and dependent on particular project and solution.

Requirements:

As a candidate you will have:

 At least 7 years’ experience in PHP for a senior level.

 At least 2 years’ experience using Laravel.

 At least 2 years’ experience using a Full Stack Framework such as Symphony, Symfony, or CakePHP.

 A strong understanding of OO concepts and design patterns.

 Experience with PHP Based CMS systems like Joomla, Drupal or WordPress.

 A strong understanding of MySQL and relational databases.

 Exposure to non-SQL databases and key value stores.

 Developed web applications in a multi-tiered architecture.

 Understand that on a high volume web site, efficient code counts.

 Be comfortable on Linux and *nix systems.

 Have used source control systems like Git.

 An understanding of could based infrastructures such as AWS.

Java Business Analyst (Mid)

We are looking for a Java Developer to work in the deployment and implementation of our customer’s Cloud Applications using AWS as a Platform.

Duties and responsibilities:

 Interpret requirements

 Creation of software functional and design specifications

 Design, implement, and extend/maintain (as needed) software based upon the mentioned specifications, middleware, and user interfaces

 Design and Implement New Features, Maintain existing features, Resolve bugs and customer issues

 Development and testing of software to support identified feature sets

 Develop and execute unit tests

 Participate in code reviews

 Troubleshoot and fix defects

 Close interactions with software QA and Support teams to understand and resolve identified problem areas

Qualifications:

As a NetSuite Developer, you will use, customize and administer NetSuite's own installation of NetSuite, including OpenAir. You will work closely with internal operation teams and NetSuite employees to perform customizations, resolve user issues and define processes. You will work, administer and configure NetSuite to maintain compliance with existing policies. You must have an intimate, working understanding of NetSuite. Ideally, you also have a proficiency in JavaScript and NetSuite's customization platform. You must have a record of working to deadlines and prioritizing competing demands.

Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

 Responsible for development and maintenance of transportable OIBI and Visual Factory applications.

 Implement Lifecycle Management for supported application.

 Responsible for the construction of Data exposure model for application.

 Monitors data extraction process and accuracy.

 Serve as Scrum Master for data modeling sprints.

 Document data models and dependencies into the proper data modeling tools.

 Built OIBI and Visual factory Applications, including Visual Analytics tools, Collaboration tools, and NRT Reports in alignment with Product/Sprint Backlog capabilities requirements and priorities.

 Provides technical support for incident management as defined in the incident Management and Escalation process

 Participate, actively, and contribute on the success of Scrum Meetings.

Qualifications
