CG/LA Infrastructure is in the midst of a six-month process to select the Strategic Top 100 Infrastructure projects globally – and the projects that will be the basis for our 8th Global Infrastructure Leadership Forum. As an expert in infrastructure projects in Guatemala, I want to make certain that you have the opportunity to nominate strategic projects in your region of expertise, as we are making the final decisions on which projects will be included in our Strategic Top 100.

To be considered for inclusion on the Strategic Top 100, projects must be over US$30 million, and must excel in the following criteria:

1. Competitiveness: Projects must have a legitimate purpose and a clear contributor to a region’s vision to prosperity.
2. Productivity: Projects must contribute to removing inefficiencies in moving people, goods, and information.
3. Carbon Efficiency: Projects receive high marks when their leaders take actions to minimize the long-term carbon footprint of the project.
4. Business Opportunities: Only projects with a business opportunity within the next 3-18 months can be nominated for inclusion in the Strategic Top 100.
5. Job Creation: Every project is evaluated based on the number of direct, indirect, and induced jobs that will be created through a project’s construction.

We are building the creative capacity of the Massive Change Network. We are looking for design thinkers, such as engineers, robotics designers, data visualizers, mathematicians, artists, filmmakers, musicians, 2D/3D designers, project managers, architects, etc. Knowledge of Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino and/or CAD is a plus. This application is not limited to those with experience in the design field because we understand that design is in our everyday lives.
