Qualification requirement: Any individuals, groups and organizations reside in Latin America are   eligible for entering the contest.
Genres: There are no restrictions regarding the content and genres of the games.
Platforms:
Mobile
– Android OS （2.2 or above)
– iOS (4.0 or above)
– Windows Mobile (above 7.1)
PC
– Browser based(The game build needs to be submitted in such a way that the game can be fully played/evaluated under local PC environment.)
Language: Spanish, Portuguese or English
Other requirements:
– You may submit to the contest original and unpublished work only . All rights in and to such  work must be owned by yourself and not infringe any third party’s copyrights or other                       intellectual property rights.
– Instructions of gameplay must be submitted along the game data.

Evaluation criteria
Uniqueness, Fun to play, Controllability, Overall quality as a finished work and others.
